What a session actually looks like.

Arrive

Warm room, herbal tea, no pressure. We sit and talk briefly about how you're doing.

Move

A slow, guided sequence — standing or seated, whatever your body wants. I move with you.

Settle

A few quiet minutes of stillness so the body can integrate. Most people don't want to get up.

Take it home

You leave with one simple 5‑minute practice for the week. That's it.
